B.W. Wilson Paper Company, Inc. is a privately owned 120-year-old wholesale paper distributor serving the East Coast, USA from 9 warehouse locations, stretching from Pennsylvania to Florida.

We specialize in goods for those who print, including wholesale fine paper, copy paper, envelopes, ink, toners, binding materials, pressroom supplies and chemicals, and packaging. Adding to those focus areas, we also offer Computer Supplies, Industrial Papers, Office supplies and Office Furniture.

Our professional staff has the experience, knowledge, and resourcefulness to ensure that our customers and suppliers have positive experiences with our service to them. Our interconnected warehouse locations ensure that many options are available for delivery to customers in each market area, and we offer the preferred brands.

We’re hiring experienced Outside Sales Talent for our newest service areas in South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.

The candidates who will best fit our culture of delivering exceptional customer service will have a skill set and professional experience that will include:
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to target and execute our growth strategy for these new market areas. Cooperative mindset to communicate, improve and work within the proven systems in place.
  • Proven success in onboarding new customers. Communicating, building and maintaining strong and productive relationships with prospects and customers by understanding their needs and requirements. Ensuring that their relationship with the company brings a high level of satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail, responsiveness to customer requests with a thorough understanding of the needs of the customer. Ensuring that the fulfillment of those needs is communicated throughout the process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics and customer preferences. Attend meetings internally and with suppliers to introduce and promote products to the market.
  • Will excel in a fast-paced technical environment, taking the initiative to solve problems and create solutions, both internally and externally.
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills, both in writing and speaking. Negotiating skill and Creative thinker who can create impactful outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and focused on creating and surpassing ambitious goals, with a proven track record of achievement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Model Corporate Values and Behaviors. Conduct oneself in an appropriate and business-like and professional manner, building strong relationships both internally and externally.
