Base pay range: $134,500 per annum – $215,000 per annum.
Role OverviewAs a Work Package Owner (WPO) you will collaborate with our clients, designing, engineering, and executing construction of advanced manufacturing facilities. You will develop and deliver project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, ensuring client objectives are met in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and deliver on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules.
- Manage EI&C scopes of work from Bid Phase through Execution, turnover, and close‑out of the Subcontract.
- Lead contractors and superintendents for current scope, engineering information, and construction execution.
- Monitor project budgets to ensure requirements are met.
- Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns, meetings, reviews with owner and designers and attend constructability reviews.
- Lead client and construction meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent years of experience.
- 20+ years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager.
- 20+ years of experience managing construction projects related to Life Science and/or Pharmaceutical Production Facility Construction.
- Strong working knowledge of pre‑design and pre‑construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building.
- Expert knowledge of EI&C systems, including Delta V, BMS, and medium voltage.
- Ability to manage EI&C scopes from Bid Phase through Execution and close‑out.
- Ability to develop scopes of work for EI&C bid packages in collaboration with Engineering and Subcontracting.
- Liaise between Subcontracts Department and Engineering to ensure all engineering requirements are met during the Bid Phase and changes/additions.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam.
- Pharma experience preferred.
