• Lead and participate in electrical engineering activities to improve asset reliability and optimize maintenance costs
• Provide operations and maintenance support for electrical power distribution systems, including high voltage substations and transformers
• Manage analysis and follow-up on predictive data such as thermography and relay tests
  
  Offer technical guidance on Local, National, & International Codes, Standards, Policies, and Procedures
• Train and mentor field technicians in the maintenance and operation of electrical distribution systems

• Understanding of medium/high voltage motors and distribution systems, with at least 7,000 Voltage experience
• Working knowledge of electrical codes and standards such as IEC, NEC, and IEEE
• Minimum of 2 years of Electrical Engineering experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite tools
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 10 days on short notice

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
• 2 years of Medium Voltage experience
• 5 years of Industrial Operations experience
