As a Management Trainee you’ll learn our business from day one, serve as both the face of Enterprise and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert, master knowledge across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, and ultimately run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.

You will receive hands‑on learning, mentorship, support, and community engagement to build essential relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership/management (including volunteer or military).
• Available to work an average of 47 hours per week.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no work‑authorization sponsorship required.
• Must not have interviewed for the same position in North Carolina within the past 12 months.
