** What YOU will do
*** Set up workstations, assemble components, load parts, and operate basic tools and semi-automatic equipment.
* Follow procedures, routings, and written instructions accurately to produce high-quality parts with zero defects.
* Identify and escalate part defects, ensuring all products meet customer expectations, deadlines, and safety standards.
* Maintain a clean, organized work area and participate in daily/weekly/monthly cleaning and 5S activities.
* Rotate across workstations based on business needs to build versatility and support production flow.
* Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
* Complete all required training, maintain certifications, and stay compliant with quality systems and safety standards.
* Communicate effectively with leads and supervisors on status, issues, or conditions affecting quality or output.
* 2nd Shift

Hours:

Monday-Friday; 7:00AM-3:30PM and work overtime, including weekends, as needed

Work Environment Requirements :  + Ability to lift and carry objects up to 35 lbs. (As allowed by EH&S)  + Must be able to work in a standing position up to 8 hours per day.

** Qualifications YOU Must Have
*** Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.  
** Qualifications WE Prefer
*** Previous manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
* Career Readiness Certification (CRC) preferred.
* Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
* Ability to work effectively in a repetitive, fast-paced environment and meet production timelines.
* Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from leads/supervisors.
* Intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
* Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Understanding of the end use of the products being built.
