RN-ICU (Nights) -
Description Under the general supervision of the Manager, Nursing Services, and according to established policies and procedures, coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, acts as a patient/family advocate, and works with other nursing and ancillary personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice. Work is of a highly confidential nature. Performs other duties of the department as required

Coordinate total nursing care for patients under general supervision.
Participate in patient and family teaching and act as a patient/family advocate.
Work with other nursing and ancillary personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice.
Maintain confidentiality of information and perform other duties of the department as required.
Qualifications- Graduation from a Nursing Education program and current NC or multistate RN licensure required.
- The employee must have the ability to understand, communicate and react effectively to the unique needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
- CPR certification required and provided.
- ACLS required or must be obtained within 12 months from date of hire.
