Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR)

Join our team in a 7‑bed Operating Room (OR) with a 1:1 patient ratio. Our OR specializes in General Surgery, Urology, GYN, Ortho, ENT, and Cataract services. RNs typically work 8‑hour shifts that can vary based on cases. Night, weekend, and holiday call is required. Must reside within a 30‑minute radius for call or stay onsite. On‑call room is available. Scrubs are provided.
This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive environment focused on providing quality care and support.
- Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
- Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
- Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
- Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
- Provides post‑procedure and recovery care
- Educates patients and advocates on care plans
- Current state RN license
- Degree from an accredited nursing school
- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire
- Preferred TNCC, NRP, ENPC, CEN certifications
- One year of experience preferred
