RN-WMNCC Evenings -

Wilson Nursing Care

Under the general supervision of the Director of Nursing Services, and according to established policies and procedures, coordinates total nursing care for residents, participates in resident and family teaching, acts as a resident/family advocate, and works with other nursing and ancillary personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice. Work is of a highly confidential nature. Performs other duties of the department as required.

• Graduation from a Nursing Education program and unrestricted or active current NC or multistate RN licensure required.
• The employee must have the ability to understand, communicate and react effectively to the unique needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric residents.
• CPR certification required and provided.
