Description:
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Candidates must have an active RN license and current BLS and NIH certifications.
Experience with Meditech is preferred for this role.
The RN will work 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00.
Weekly guaranteed hours are set at 36.
The RN will be responsible for taking care of an adult and geriatric patient population.
The typical patient ratio is between 6:1 and 7:1.
The facility utilizes telemetry equipment and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
Float requirements may apply, including as a second nurse in telemetry and the emergency department.
We are looking for a family-oriented individual who is a good fit for a collaborative team environment.
Common diagnoses and treatments in this specialty include surgical cases and various medical procedures.
