A Medical Lab Tech (MLT) who excels in this role:

• Accurately performs and analyze tests
• Identifies and initiates appropriate calibration and quality assurance
• Provides test results promptly and accurately
• Alert care team or and results that require immediate attention
• Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, and Blood Bank

Applicants should possess an associate's degree from an accredited school.

• Board eligible through ASCP, AMT, or NCA
• Previous hospital experience is required
• Previous experience in Blood Banking is preferred
