Provides excellent customer service to all guests in premium areas including the club spaces, suites, picnic areas along with VIP areas of the stadium.

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and deliver food and beverages promptly adhering to established service protocols
• Follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests
• Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
• Advise guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks when requested; accommodate reasonable requests and note preferences
• Communicate directly with back‑of‑the‑house staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated
• Collect tickets and follow proper cash‑handling procedures
• Promptly address complaints or issues, relaying relevant information or complaints directly to supervisor
• Ensure that the dining room is properly set up prior to and after the service period; keep area clean and neat while meeting established sanitation standards
• Operate a variety of equipment, including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells and coffee machines

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must exhibit strong customer service skills and maintain a neat appearance
• Proven excellent communication skills
• Must have the ability to follow instructions and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to maintain a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information that is shared
• Demonstrate knowledge of specialized diets and allergens

Education and/or

Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; three to six months of experience in food and beverage operations, customer service, or hospitality required.

Work Hours:

Hours vary according to the game and event schedule, which will include weekends and some holidays.
