Retail Sales Associate

The Sales Associate supports the Wilson Warbirds Team Store by providing exceptional customer service and assisting fans with merchandise purchases at retail and kiosk locations. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with processing transactions, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

• Demonstrates and models excellent customer service behaviors utilizing Wilson Warbirds Retail Department standards:
  Connect, Respect, Engage & Wow
• Maintain sales floor to Wilson Warbirds Team Store presentation standards
• Routinely stock merchandise and face items on shelves
• Answer the phone and assist fans placing over the phone orders
• Efficiently process sales utilizing retail radio frequency identification (EXO RFID) system
• Ensure customers accurately scan merchandise and apply payment at EXO RFID
• Troubleshoot issues with EXO RFID
• Set aside and notify supervisor of defective, mismarked, mislabeled, shopworn, or damaged items
• Ensure all merchandise is correctly labeled and displayed
• Watch for and recognize security risks and report to management
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout all retail locations/kiosks
• Follow Wilson Warbird Store policies and procedures

• Excellent customer service skills; ability to adhere to Wilson Warbirds Team Store service standards
• Good communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and co-workers
• Attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Capable of following job guidelines and supervisors' instructions

• Retail sales experience preferred but not required
• Prior experience working with EXO RFID system preferred

Hours vary according to the game and event schedule, which will include weekends and some holidays. Must have availability to work most games and special events.
