Love to talk sports? Dunham’s Sports, one of the largest full-line sporting goods chains in the U.S., was founded in 1937 as Dunham’s Bait & Tackle. Today we have over 240 stores in over 20 Midwest states from Maryland to Nebraska.

We are looking for smiling, enthusiastic individuals with knowledge of sporting goods, merchandising skills and most importantly the ability to provide our customers an excellent level of service. This is a fun, fast‑paced work environment with variety in the day‑to‑day operation of the store.

• Lead and train staff in providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle operational, merchandising, and administrative functions within the store.
• Manage store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Drive sales through customer service and report analysis.

• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
• Strong organizational, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Enthusiasm, initiative, and the ability to motivate the staff.
• Merchandise knowledge preferred (apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, general athletics).
• Availability to work any hours when the store is open.
