Prostar Services Inc. in Wilson, NC is hiring an energetic phone sales closer to join our in‑office sales team. As a HVAC and Plumbing Sales Rep – Closer, you will take inbound calls from potential customers and turn them into scheduled appointments or closed sales. You will also follow up on outbound leads, online estimates, and unsold proposals, re‑engaging prospects with confidence and professionalism. You will educate customers on the benefits, services, and pricing of our HVAC and plumbing solutions, recommend the best options, and confidently close the sale.

You will log all customer interactions and activity using CRM tools like Service Titan, ensuring smooth communication with our dispatch and technician teams. You will also have the opportunity to upsell maintenance memberships or extended services when appropriate.

This is a full‑time
, in‑office position. Shifts will vary but will fall within our business hours. Our standard hours include 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Additional availability may be required for evening, night, weekend, on‑call, or overtime shifts depending on business needs.

• 1+ year(s) of experience in phone sales or service‑based sales (HVAC or plumbing preferred)

• Strong closing skills and a confident phone presence
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with professionalism
• Comfortable using CRM systems, scripts, and follow‑up tools
• High‑energy, self‑motivated, and results‑driven attitude
• Bilingual skills
