We are offering a unique Security Scholarship Program for Australian citizens in Darwin who are ready to start a full‑time career in the security industry. No previous experience is required – with the right attitude, we can teach it! We understand that the cost associated with training and licensing can be a barrier, so we’re removing that hurdle. Wilson Security will fully fund the entry requirements for 10 successful applicants who are committed to joining our team in a full‑time capacity.

• Fully funded Certificate II in Security Operations
• 12‑month Security Licence registration
• National name and fingerprint check (Criminal History Check)
• Baseline Security Clearance
• Full uniform, including boots
• Four‑on, four‑off roster providing excellent work‑life balance
• Comprehensive on‑the‑job training – no prior experience required
