Mechanic/Technician

This role performs preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment in the safest, most effective way possible to avoid downtime. The fleet may include aerial work platforms, general construction tools, heavy equipment, as well as large-scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems and oil/gas related equipment.

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired
• 3 to 5 years of mechanic experience with similar diesel equipment, heavy equipment, or specialty‑line equipment strongly preferred

• May need to provide mechanic’s tools of the trade
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting skills
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills
• Flexibility with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location

Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more; work may be indoors or outdoors as required.
