HVAC Maintenance Technician

When you join our heating and cooling team as an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you start your day by reviewing your schedule and heading out in your well‑stocked company vehicle. At each stop, you perform scheduled maintenance on residential or light commercial HVAC systems—cleaning coils, swapping out filters, inspecting electrical components, and testing system functions. You keep an eye out for any potential issues, recommending repairs when needed to keep systems running smoothly.

Along the way, you educate customers on how to care for their equipment and improve performance. You wrap up each visit by completing digital service tickets and making sure your tools and vehicle are ready for the next call, all while following safety protocols and company procedures.

• 1+ year of HVAC experience preferred (maintenance or service)

The following qualifications are preferred:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Attentiveness to detail
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working in attics or crawl spaces

The servicing role in Wilson, NC has the choice to pick one of the following consistent schedules of:

• 7 am – 4 pm, Monday through Friday
• 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday
• 9 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday

Evening, night shifts, and weekend work opportunities are available. There is also on‑call and overtime work available at our heating and cooling company.
