Full-time position supporting our HVAC and plumbing teams with a reliable schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
As our Warehouse and Parts Coordinator, you’ll be the cornerstone of our daily operations. Your day will include keeping the warehouse impeccably organized, tracking inventory with precision, and ensuring technicians have everything they need to complete jobs efficiently. You’ll run parts to the field, assist with workflow, and find solutions to keep operations running smoothly.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong organization and time‑management skills
- Excellent inventory control and tracking accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and handle daily loading/unloading
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration
- Self‑motivated and dependable
Basic knowledge of HVAC and plumbing parts is a major plus, and we are willing to train the right person! Warehouse experience, mechanical experience, familiarity with dispatch systems like Service Titan, and knowledge of vendor processes are preferred.
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
