Prostar Services Inc. in Wilson, NC is looking for a skilled and motivated full‑time HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.
We offer competitive pay ranging from $60k to $100k+ annually (Hourly, Base + Commission), plus great benefits including insurance, bonuses, in‑house training, advancement opportunities, and a tool program to keep you equipped for success.
HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN: YOUR ROLEAt each stop you perform scheduled maintenance on residential or light commercial HVAC systems—cleaning coils, swapping filters, inspecting electrical components, and testing system functions. You monitor for potential issues, recommend repairs when needed, educate customers on equipment care, and complete digital service tickets at the end of each visit while following safety protocols and company procedures.
What We Need From You- 1+ year of HVAC experience preferred (maintenance or service)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Attentiveness to detail
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capability to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working in attics or crawl spaces
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
The servicing role in Wilson, NC offers following consistent schedules:
- 7 am – 4 pm, Monday through Friday
- 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday
- 9 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday
Evening, night shifts, and weekend work opportunities are available. There is also on‑call and overtime work available at our heating and cooling company.
