Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated Tow Truck Driver to join our roadside assistance team. This role involves transporting vehicles safely and efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to desired locations.
- Respond promptly to service calls and provide efficient roadside assistance.
- Conduct vehicle surveys to assess the situation and determine towing requirements.
- Ensure the security and safety of vehicles during transport.
- Maintain tow truck equipment in optimal condition, performing regular inspections.
- Communicate courteously and professionally with clients and team members.
- Complete necessary paperwork and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Comply with traffic and safety regulations at all times.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a similar role is preferable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and roadside assistance techniques.
- Physical stamina to assist in loading and unloading vehicles.
