Job SummaryWe are looking for a dependable Office Assistant with strong organizational skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
. This role supports daily office operations and assists our accounting department.
- Scan and organize invoices
- Count and verify cash deposits
- Maintain filing systems
- Assist accounting personnel with collections
- Provide Accounts Receivable (AR) support
