As our client’s first Corporate Controller, you’ll sit at the financial helm of a growing agricultural company. Here, you’ll be a critical member of the team, as you’ll be responsible for the financial health and future of the organization. As Corporate Controller, you’ll utilize your strong leadership skills, as you’ll be directing procedures and systems necessary to maintain proper records, guide finance decisions by enforcing policies and procedures, protect assets by establishing and enforcing internal controls.
You’ll be responsible for high-level accounting in addition to getting in the weeds. You’ll have oversight of all audits, tax compliance, financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and month-end close. In this role, you’ll need to be comfortable moving between the big picture and the details, identifying accounting and system issues, developing solutions, and supporting the accounting staff. Those with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills will thrive here.
