What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer specifications with accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections with high-quality workmanship
  • Maintain high efficiency (100%+ productivity) and strong hours per repair order (2.0+)
  • Partner with Service Advisors to ensure clear communication and outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Stay current with factory training and best practices
  • Contribute to a clean, organized, and safety-focused shop environment
What You Bring
  • High hospitality quotient – kindness, optimism, curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
  • 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician (dealership or independent shop)
  • Factory and ASE certifications strongly preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
  • Pride in craft with attention to accuracy, efficiency, and detail
  • Positive, team-first attitude and commitment to hospitality-driven service
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
