We are seeking a full‑time Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Wilsonville, OR. The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for customers and will ensure an exceptional service experience. Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their automotive maintenance and repair needs, coordinating vehicle service schedules, and communicating with the service team and customers regarding diagnostics, repairs, and cost estimates.

This is an on‑site position that requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair
• Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Prior experience in the automotive service industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using service management software is preferred
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service
