Digital Scheduler – Construction (HYBRID)
Our client, a respected Oregon-based utility provider, is seeking a Digital Scheduler to support their Tree Maintenance and Field Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who understands construction or maintenance workflow, knows how to properly flag a location, anticipates what onsite crews need, and keeps projects moving efficiently. If you excel in fast‑paced, detail‑heavy environments, enjoy research‑driven scheduling, and thrive when coordinating with cross‑functional teams, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful operational impact within a mission‑driven organization.
Contract Duration: 8+ months
Location: Wilsonville, Oregon 97070 – Hybrid (Tuesday - Thursday ONSITE)
Pay: $25.00 / Hour
Responsibilities- Support both residential and business clients within assigned territories.
- Organize the schedule and resources for the tree maintenance crews to complete their work orders each day.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- 2+ years of experience in vegetation management, utility operations, regulatory environments are highly preferred or any kind of construction/maintenance scheduling background.
- Must be highly capable of navigating multiple systems, tools, and communication channels throughout the day.
- Self‑driven, highly organized and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, multi‑system environment.
- Preferred: Maximo and Quick Base (internal scheduler/work order tools).
