OverviewSiemens Industry Software Inc. is inviting candidates for the 2026 class of the Siemens Graduate Program (SGP). The program is a global, rotational opportunity designed to shape your career within the Siemens Digital Industries Software organization.
Program StructureParticipants will complete three 8‑month rotations over two years, each focused on a distinct finance function:
- Financial Performance & Analysis – Business Controlling
- Financial Performance Management – Executive Relations
- Financial Performance & Analysis – Performance Reporting
The first rotation begins in June 2026 in Wilsonville, OR, where you will support the Portfolio Finance team with budgeting, forecasting, quarterly reporting, and M&A.
Two rotations will be in the United States; one must be outside the U.S., typically in the United Kingdom or Germany, providing international exposure and intercultural development.
Key Responsibilities- Understand financial practices in the software industry.
- Lead special projects supporting software business units.
- Plan and manage projects, defining scope, developing plans, and tracking progress.
- Drive process enhancements and new initiatives.
- Apply data‑driven decision‑making concepts.
- Document job activities through detailed reports.

- Master's, Doctoral, or equivalent with concentration in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong background in data analytics, software, and financial analysis.
- At least 4 months of international experience through study, work, or other activities.
- Maximum of 3 years of work experience, internships, or professional roles.
- Demonstrated ability to apply foundational concepts in strategy and marketing.
- Competencies:
Project Management, Leadership, Executive Communication, Networking & Relationship Building, Planning & Execution, Technical Learning, excellent command of English, flexibility and mobility during the program.
The salary range is $93,600 to $168,100. Compensation varies by location and is based on experience, skills, and additional qualifications. The role is eligible for incentive compensation.
