Foundations First Northwest LLC is looking for dependable and motivated General Construction Laborers to join our Field Operations team. As a Crew Member, you will play an essential role in supporting foundation repair and site preparation tasks under the supervision of a project foreman. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with a wide range of foundation repair tasks on residential job sites.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, including debris removal.
- Support skilled tradespeople with excavation, lifting, setting forms, and other labor.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from the foreman and collaborate with the crew to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Travel to local and regional job sites as needed.
- 1+ year of construction or manual labor experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in varied outdoor conditions.
- Must be comfortable with tight spaces (diagnosing homes, underneath home in some cases)
- Must be able to lift 60-80 lbs throughout the work day.
- Ability to follow directions and work well within a team.
- Reliable transportation to the office daily.
- No specific certifications or licenses required.
- Bi-weekly pay schedule.
