General Dentist – Vancouver, WA

Part‑time or full‑time General Dentist opportunity at Gentle Dental, part of the Inter Dent family of dental providers. Competitive Compensation
:
Annual salary between $205,000 and $450,000. No production targets.
Sign‑on bonus
: $10,000.

Position Details
  • Full team of in‑house board‑eligible or certified specialists available.
  • Primarily PPO practice.
  • Complex dental office environment.
  • Base compensation 31%–33% + of production, depending on experience.
  • Guaranteed compensation in the first six months.
  • Full‑time dentist expected to earn between $205,000 and $450,000.
Schedule
  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • Full‑time options available based on availability.

Position Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
  • Accredited dental school graduate.
