Senior Project Engineer - Vision Systems Test Engineering; Onsite

Position: Senior Project Engineer - Vision Systems Test Engineering (Onsite)
leading multidisciplinary teams of engineers (including systems, mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines) developing complex engineering solutions. This is a multi-faceted role requiring versatility across a variety of tasks in a highly collaborative environment. The role requires allows you to collaborate with engineers and leaders at locations around the globe to ensure project success.

You will be passionate about performing data analysis for creating accurate bids and crafting attractive proposals. Manage project scope (requirements and change requests) ensuring it meets agreed to commitments.
** QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:
** an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
* or* in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience. Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or4+ years of Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems engineering experience.
4+ years of project management experience. Fundamental project management skills including baseline control, earned value, and risk management.
** QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER:
** Proficiency in Jira.

Problem-solving skills with ability to proactively identify alternate solutions to overcome difficult technical challenges. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
Experience using analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively identify and resolve issues and mitigate risks.
Proven ability to facilitate difficult conversations and communicate early and concisely with individuals at all organizational levels.
