Job Responsibilities
*** As our Service Advisor, you are the face of the dealership. Your mission is to turn every repair into a seamless, high-quality experience.
* ** Expert Communication:
** Act as the vital link between our clients and the shop, translating technical needs into clear options
* ** Drive Production:
** Maximize our technicians’ time to meet and exceed sales forecasts
* ** Consultative Selling:
** Prioritize required services and provide professional recommendations that keep our guests safe on the road

** Proactively update customers on completion times, expenses, and any changes to ensure zero surprises

*** Service Advisor Qualifications***

* Experience:

** 2+ years of prior service writing experience (CDK experience is a major plus!)
* ** Availability:
** A Tuesday–Saturday schedule (Saturdays are a must)
* *
* Skills:

** Strong attention to detail and a desire to win in a team environment
* Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
