Who designs your future? You do! We’re looking for participants for the 2026 class of the Siemens Graduate Program (SGP), a global, rotational program – where you can design your career.
Program OverviewOver two exciting years, participants will rotate through 3 result‑oriented assignments in the Siemens Digital Industries Software organization. Each rotation will be 8 months in length, and will allow participants to build up in‑depth knowledge and experience our business from different perspectives.
Two rotations will take place in the US, and one of the 3 rotations must be outside the US – likely in the UK, or Germany. This international rotation allows participants to improve intercultural competence that is vital to our global business, and become a more effective communicator across cultures.

Rotations- The first assignment will start June 2026. The candidate will work in Wilsonville, OR, and will assist the Portfolio Finance team with various R&D controlling topics such as budgeting, forecasting, quarterly reporting and M&A.
- Your remaining two rotations will be in the 2 of the 3 following finance functions:
- Financial Performance & Analysis – Business Controlling
- Financial Performance Management – Executive Relations
- Financial Performance & Analysis – Performance Reporting
Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand financials in the software industry
- Special projects supporting SW Business Units
- Project Management tasks including developing a project plan, defining scope and tracking progress
- Drive process enhancements and new initiatives
- Understand the key concepts of how to apply data driven decision making
- Thoroughly document job activities through written reports.

- A Master's, Doctoral Degree or equivalent in one of the following fields of study:
- MBA, specializing in Finance
- MS in Engineering
- MS in Project Management
- A strong background in data analytics, software, and financial analysis is preferred
- Minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying, working, etc.
- Maximum of 3 years of work experience and knowledge from internships, student activities, professional roles, etc.
- Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments
- Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of strategy and/or marketing

The salary range for this position is $93,600 to $168,100 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
