We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist who specializes in working with the pediatric population. Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is looking for a full‑time or part‑time Physical Therapist to join our clinic in Wilsonville, Oregon.
Base Pay Range- $79,191/year – $102,543/year
- Full‑time salary $79,191.67 – $ annually based on experience.
- Part‑time hourly $54.81 – $76.96 per client hour.

- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
- State of Oregon Physical Therapy License.
- CPR certification.
- Previous experience working in pediatrics (preferred).
- New graduates with a strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to utilize a play‑based approach.
- Knowledge or ability to learn safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
- Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.
- Evaluate individuals 0–21 years to determine need for therapy services.
- Develop and implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
- Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
- Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
- Collaborate with members of the client's care team.
- Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
