Join to apply for the Occupational Therapist role at Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies, Inc. We are a nonprofit pediatric clinic serving Oregon families for 35+ years, focused on relationships-first, play-based therapy and meeting families where they are.
What You’ll Do- Provide 1:1 occupational therapy for kids and teens (ages 0–21).
- Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans.
- Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members.
- Share strategies and tools to support families at home.
- Keep documentation up to date (assistance available to manage workload).
- Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
- State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License.
- CPR certification.
- Experience working in pediatrics preferred.
- Strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic.
- Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
- Loves kids, playful energy, and team spirit.
- Willingness to work in shared therapy spaces.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn clinic equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.
- Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
- Develop/implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
- Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner, meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
- Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
- Collaborate with members of the client’s care team.
- Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
Clinic in Wilsonville, Oregon. Full-time or part-time positions available with flexible options. Base pay range listed below; actual pay based on skills and experience.
Compensation- Base pay range: $79,191.00/yr - $/yr (full-time).
- Part-time pay: $54.81 - $76.96 per client hour (based on experience).
- Flexible scheduling – 30 to 40 hours/week (full-time).
- 5+ weeks of paid time off (vacation, sick, winter break, holidays).
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Bilingual incentive: +2–5%.
