We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) who specializes in working with the pediatric population. Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is looking for a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to join our clinic in Wilsonville, Oregon!

Job Type: Physical Therapist - Full Time and part time positions.
Full-time: 40 hours per week (Flexible work options are open to individuals seeking less hours).
Base Pay Rate:
- Full Time Salary $79,191.67 - $ annually. Based on experience.
- Part Time Salary: $54.81 - $76.96/per client hour. Based on experience.
- Flexible work arrangement- choose your ideal schedule 30-40 hours/week).

- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
- State of Oregon Physical Therapy License.
- CPR certification.
- Previous experience working in pediatrics, preferred.
- New graduates with a strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
- Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
- Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.
- Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
- Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
- Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
- Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
- Collaborate with members of the clients care team.
- Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
