The Springs at Wilsonville is currently seeking a healthcare experienced Executive Director to lead our vibrant senior living community. We are dedicated to providing personalized care and support tailored to each resident’s unique needs, with a focus on assisted living and memory care. The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of community operations and will report directly to the Regional Director of Operations.

• Assures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Assures adherence to community budget
• Maintains a stable staff of optimal quantity and quality, by recruiting, hiring, supervising, evaluating, counseling, and, if necessary, terminating employees
• Ensures all employees are consistently educated and trained, including fulfilling any federal and/or state regulations, through new employee orientation and regular education and training classes
• Identifies service needs of all residents consistently, through initial contact, initial screening, and subsequent evaluation processes
• Develops and implements service plans to address resident service needs consistently
• Adheres to all department systems so that the mission and goals of each department are reached
• Responds promptly and effectively to resident, employee, or physical plant problems that arise after usual business hours
• Completes monthly financial variance reports in a timely manner

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of assisted living and memory care regulations
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical background
• Current ALF/RCF Administrator license required
• 5+ years of experience as a senior living Executive Director
• Experience managing multiple departments and competing priorities
