Position Overview:The Springs at Wilsonville is currently seeking a health care experienced Executive Director to lead our vibrant senior living community! At The Springs at Wilsonville, we are dedicated to providing personalized care and support tailored to each resident's unique needs, with a focus on assisted living and memory care. Because our residents and employees deserve the very best, we are looking for a nurturing healthcare leader who is committed to always doing the one thing, "The Right Thing".
Our community includes 65 assisted living and 51 memory care apartments, all designed to help older adults live life to its fullest. The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of community operations and will report directly to the Regional Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:- Assures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Assures adherence to community budget
- Assures a stable staff of optimal quantity and quality, by recruiting, hiring, supervising, evaluating, counseling, and, if necessary, terminating employees
- Assures all employees consistently educated and trained, including fulfilling any federal and/or state regulations, through new employee orientation and regular education and training classes
- Assures service needs of all residents consistently identified, through initial contact, initial screening, and subsequent evaluation processes
- Assures service needs of all residents consistently addressed, through development and implementation of service plans
- Assures adherence to all department systems, so that the mission and goals of each department is reached
- Assures resident, employee, or physical plant problems that arise after usual business hours addressed promptly and effectively
- Complete monthly financial variance reports in a timely manner
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of assisted living, memory care regulations
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical background
- Current ALF/RCF Administrator license required
- 5+ years of experience as a senior living Executive Director
- Experience managing multiple departments and competing priorities
