As an Assembler
, you will work under general supervision to build complex opto-mechanical and electro-optical subsystems
. This hands-on role includes assembly, troubleshooting, and testing procedures for advanced sensing products used in high-stakes applications such as navigation, surveillance, and threat detection
.

• Interpret engineering drawings, manuals, and instructions to perform assembly tasks.
• Assemble, install, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and mechanical components
  .
• Perform precise bonding and curing procedures.
• Operate and monitor test equipment and instrumentation
  .
• Inspect finished components and ensure all work meets quality standards.
• Execute detailed test and verification procedures using automated systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Complete other related tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a related technical or manufacturing field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for short durations.
• Demonstrated ability to learn on the job and adapt quickly.

• Associate’s degree (A.S.) in a related technical field.
• Prior experience in PCB assembly or electronics manufacturing.

• Meticulous attention to detail in assembly and testing tasks.
• Familiarity with electronic components
  , tools, and test equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and engineering documentation.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with bonding, curing, and optical component handling.
• Understanding of electro-optical and opto-mechanical systems.

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in teams.
• Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and product lines.
