Inspector : M-F

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturing company. We are hiring a Quality Control Inspector for a swing shift opportunity.

Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $20.90 per hour

• Oversee daily inspection activities across incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Ensure products meet specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
• Serve as a liaison between Quality and Operations teams.
• Drive consistent inspection practices and timely resolution of quality issues.
• Support quality performance objectives in a manufacturing environment.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.

• Coordinate daily quality control inspection activities based on production priorities and risk assessments.
• Ensure adherence to inspection plans, drawings, specifications, and standardized inspection methods.
• Verify compliance with internal procedures and applicable quality standards, including ISO 13485.
• Escalate critical quality issues that may impact product quality, delivery schedules, or regulatory compliance.
• Support and promote 5S initiatives, safety standards, quality objectives, and company policies.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience
• Working knowledge of manufacturing production flow and processes
• Basic computer skills, including data entry
• Experience with SAP manufacturing systems preferred
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards preferred
• Must be proficient in the English language
