As a Crew Member, you will play an essential role in supporting foundation repair and site preparation tasks under the supervision of a project foreman. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with a wide range of foundation repair tasks on residential job sites.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Clean and prepare construction sites, including debris removal.
Support skilled tradespeople with excavation, lifting, setting forms, and other labor.
Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow instructions from the foreman and collaborate with the crew to complete tasks efficiently.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Travel to local and regional job sites as needed.
Qualifications1+ year of construction or manual labor experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in varied outdoor conditions.
Must be comfortable with tight spaces (diagnosing homes, underneath home in some cases)
Must be able to lift 60-80 lbs throughout the work day.
Ability to follow directions and work well within a team.
Reliable transportation to the office daily.
No specific certifications or licenses required.

Full-time (some travel to regional job sites required)
