- $25.00/hour - $40.00/hour plus bonus opportunity.

As an HVAC Residential Service Technician at Wolfer’s, you’ll be the friendly expert our customers turn to for their comfort needs. You’ll take the time to ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and truly understand their concerns. Using your technical skills and critical thinking, you'll come up with smart, high-quality solutions to keep their systems running smoothly. You’ll be a trusted advocate for both the customer and the business, while also looking for ways to help us grow.
Most importantly, you’ll provide each customer with a Five-Star experience as you deliver top-notch service and repairs for their heating and air-conditioning systems at home.
- Hold a WA State 6A or 6B Electrical License (required).
- EPA Universal Certification is preferred, but not required.
- Be ready and willing to work across Southwest Washington (Vancouver, Ridgefield, Camas, Longview, Kelso, and surrounding areas).
- Have a genuine desire to connect with customers and really listen to their needs.
- Be motivated to hit and exceed both weekly and monthly business goals.
- Continuously strive to improve your technical skills and stay on top of industry trends.
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
