Senior Software Developer Contract
Our client, a leading manufacturer of aerospace and defense, is hiring a Senior Software Developer to join their team in Wilsonville, OR.
* This is a 6-month W2 contract to hire with benefits!*
Base pay: $80.00/hr - $90.00/hr

As a Software Developer, you will design, build, and maintain high-reliability test automation software using modern C# (.NET) for scientific instruments, collaborating closely with an Agile development team. You will also contribute to program support, proposal efforts, and continuous improvement while delivering production-ready code that meets engineering and manufacturing requirements.
Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and enhance high-reliability test automation software using C# (.NET), WPF/Win Forms, async/await services, and gRPC/REST APIs.
- Collaborate with Agile team members, stakeholders, and other engineers to meet project milestones and contribute to technical direction.
- Support program efforts, proposal activities, and continuous process improvement within the software development team.
- Bachelor’s in STEM with 7+ years of software experience.
- Expert in C#/.NET, EF Core, WPF/MVVM, and gRPC.
- Skilled in Agile development.
