Position: Total Rewards Specialist - Compensation

Role Overview

The Total Rewards Specialist reports to the Manager, Total Rewards within the Compensation and Benefits Center of Excellence and provides leadership and project management expertise to support the strategic objectives of the North American region.

* Hybrid 4 days in office, 1 remote*

Responsibilities
  • Total Rewards Process Improvement: Recognize and recommend program and process improvements; partner with the Total Rewards team to automate compensation processes.
  • Annual Compensation & Merit Planning: Participate in the annual merit process and track progress, spend against budget, and assist leaders and HR managers with questions.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure integrity of the company’s salary administration program by producing reports, research, salary projections, and conducting complex calculations.
  • Project Management: Develop project plans and independently execute complex Total Rewards projects including the Annual Merit Planning process.
  • Market Data & Job Evaluation: Maintain knowledge of all survey sources and related processes.
  • Needs Analysis: Monitor and analyze compensation trends and perform financial analyses to support business strategies.
  • International Mobility: Administer the International Mobility program for the NAM region.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
  • 6+ years of compensation experience.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience administering employee benefit programs.
  • Previous experience within an international COE and leading the annual merit/bonus planning cycle in Workday.
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem‑solving ability.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Power Query.
  • Certification in CCP, CBP, or CEBS is preferred; membership in World at Work is a plus.
