Qualifications• Education — BA/BS degree
• Experience — 5-10 years HR experience, with emphasis on data management and HR operations
• Special skills — Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project; familiarity with SAP HRIS is preferred
• Certifications — Project Management certification, SPHR or PHR
Strong data management, analytical, and organizational skills are required. The ideal candidate should be experienced in Excel, have a solid background in project management, and be able to interface with technical experts across HRIS applications. Demonstrated proficiency in project management and HR analytics is essential. The candidate should be adaptable to different communication styles, results-driven, a self-starter, analytical, and possess strong prioritization skills.
