Job Title: Solutions Architect – FICO

Location: Wilton, CT

Job Description:

  • Support design and architecture for finance and procurement solutions. The Solution Architect is a key contributor in defining solution strategy and design principles, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • The key responsibilities include:
  • Serving as a subject matter expert to guide technology strategy for SAP & Non SAP Procure-to-Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report solutions.
  • Developing and executing architectural strategies for design and implementation, creating and documenting high-level solution designs, and collaborating with solution delivery leads to identify software options, impacts, and recommendations.
  • Presenting high-level solution designs to senior leadership.
  • Preparing and maintaining architecture diagrams and data models.
  • Working with business teams and technical analysts to understand business requirements.
  • Serving as a technical resource to help define, estimate, and recommend optimized solutions.
  • Preparing visual diagrams of system architecture, functionality, and process flows.
  • Defining and advocating software architecture standards and best practices.
  • Reviewing and approving technical designs.
  • Collaborating with development, infrastructure, testing, and support teams to ensure proper solution implementation.
    • Required Skills
  • Over 10 years of IT experience.
  • Over 8 years of experience with the SAP portfolio (e.g., SAP-ECC, HANA, S4/Hana, SRM, ARIBA, Fiori, Net Weaver), Concur, Salesforce, TM1, HFM, and SAP BI.
  • Experience integrating business solutions using PI and other integration tools.
  • Over 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect designing and integrating systems.
  • Strong experience in producing application and system architecture designs.
  • Ability to articulate the relationship between business needs and system architecture to stakeholders.
  • Understanding of ASAP methodology and Agile Scrum.
  • Knowledge of IT security and privacy considerations.
