Skills:
Problem Manager with ITIL certification is required. The candidate will act as Problem Manager to deliver effective problem management for Core Technology, aiming to provide stable and robust services, prevent incidents, eliminate recurring issues, and minimize incident impact. Experience with Problem Management on .NET/SQL platform applications is preferred.
