IntroductionIn this role you will be part of the Planning & Delivery (P&D) organization, which connects demand and supply perspectives across ASML to create an integrated business plan. Your contribution directly impacts the operation of all ASML factories and our customers worldwide, as well as more than 100 supply chains.
Role and Responsibilities- Respond to and oversee the process of incoming orders from various customer locations; communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood, communicated, and fulfilled.
- Collect and predict demand, turning insights into planning & delivery actions for material to support services at customer sites.
- Develop operational plans (resources, local constraints, and infrastructure) to ensure material availability for customer service needs.
- Execute the plan and drive delivery of materials to local warehouses and customer sites.
- Meet with internal/external stakeholders, understand their requirements, and translate them into actionable items with end‑to‑end follow‑up.
- Work independently on processes with significant dependencies on other processes/units; understand the impact of your work on related processes.
- Ensure successful delivery of all logistic requirements and services; contribute to the logistic project team to deliver high‑tech parts on‑time, on‑spec, and at the right quality.
- Initiate and drive continuous improvement to optimize logistical costs and processes.
- Evaluate performance with stakeholders, identify, initiate, and drive improvements; lead projects to further develop and improve end‑to‑end logistics processes.
- Act as a mentor to junior colleagues.
- Carry out other business assignments as required.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree preferred (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain).
- SAP experience preferred; data‑analysis skills required (Excel, Power BI, Spotfire, etc.).

Planning & Delivery brings demand and supply perspectives together, providing a clear view of bottlenecks and real constraints. P&D collaborates closely with business lines and sectors to create an integrated business plan. The organization focuses on four key activities:
Planning strategy and improvement;
Integral demand and supply (0‑3 year horizon);
Capacity preparation planning (>3 year horizon); and Delivery (freight, customs, and warehousing).
There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage, and currents. The position requires access to controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
