Responsibilities
  • Oversee between $2.5 and 3 million dollars of landscape construction work annually, directing and scheduling three or more construction crews.
  • Supervise subcontractors, coordinate material deliveries, corroborate monthly billings, advance the collection effort, and work closely with other departments to bring about the completion of a job.
  • Manage multiple jobs in different stages of planning and development, including comprehensive plan review, accurate job costing, in‑house labor scheduling, and timesheet management.
  • Work closely with in‑house labor resources, material suppliers, and subcontractors to expedite all phases of the contract.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and direct subcontractors in the execution of their scopes of work.
  • Corroborate all client billing statements and vendor invoices.
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the construction period and beyond, maintaining ultimate responsibility for client relations.
Qualifications
  • At least five years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing masonry, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and landscaping construction, with general knowledge of pool construction, landscape masonry, lighting, grading and drainage, irrigation, carpentry structures, and plant and hardscape design.
  • Proven success managing residential and/or commercial projects of $250,000+.
  • Strong cost‑management skills (tracking estimated vs. actual hours, subcontractor scopes, and costs).
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with high‑level clients.
  • Knowledge and experience with Aspire software, MS Project, and Outlook.
