Retail Sales Representative – New York – Full‑time

Our teams help connect residential customers to essential services including high‑speed internet, mobile, video, and voice solutions.

• Sales & Product Knowledge
  Proactively engage customers to present and promote telecommunications products and services; recommend solutions based on customer needs, highlight value and competitive advantages; effectively close sales and maximize revenue through upselling and cross‑selling; consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and commission goals.
• Customer Experience
  Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a positive, solution‑oriented attitude; build strong relationships to foster trust and long‑term brand loyalty; maintain high standards in customer satisfaction, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.
• Team & Organizational Success
  Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance‑driven culture; stay informed about company offerings and evolving telecom technology; demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and punctuality in all job duties.

• 1+ year of experience in retail, wireless, cable, or telecommunications sales preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with technology and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Willingness to support nearby store locations within a 35‑mile radius of the home store; reliable transportation required.
