The Role

Our client is looking for an organised and detail-focused Administrator to join their Accommodation Compliance team based in Larkhill. This is an office-based role supporting the delivery of accommodation upgrade and compliance projects across a busy defence estate. Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance information is accurate, documentation is maintained, and projects continue to move forward efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining compliance records, certification and project documentation.
• Raising remedial works and tracking their progress through to completion.
• Requesting and monitoring contractor quotations.
• Coordinating BPSS clearances and supporting project mobilisation.
• Updating asset information and ensuring records remain accurate.
• Producing reports and monitoring project workflows.
• Supporting the wider Accommodation Compliance team with general administrative duties.
