Transport Exchange Group Ltd (TEG) is seeking passionate and ambitious graduates and postgraduates to join our dynamic development program.

The 12‑month program is designed to unlock your potential and provide a solid foundation for a thriving career in the tech industry. No prior experience? No problem. At TEG, we equip you with everything you need to succeed, regardless of your background. Our structured program offers immersive training across various roles. Beginning in the Operations team, you will develop skills in Customer Support, Onboarding, or Customer Success.

You will then have opportunities to expand into departments such as Quality Assurance, Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Product Management—gaining the experience and confidence to progress within TEG.

At TEG, you’ll experience the thrill of a start‑up with the stability of an established business. From day one, you’ll play an active role by providing vital support and training to our members and collaborating closely with other teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences. The program offers the flexibility to work from our scenic Wiltshire office, with the possibility of transitioning to our London headquarters upon completion.

• Job Type: Full‑time – Graduate and Postgraduate Program (minimum grade 2:1)
• Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire (1st Floor, Bewley House, Marshfield Road, SN15 1JW
  )
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm. Some Saturday work on a rota basis (9 am – 1 pm).
• Salaries: Graduate (£33,000 per year) / Postgraduate (£36,000 per year)
